Philosophy

My passion is to Improve people’s “Quality of Life”. Providing a friendly empathetic environment is the doorway I provide to this challenging but exciting journey.

Whilst I continually search out the latest knowledge in exercise science fields and creatively adapt this resource to provide interesting and effective training sessions I believe the real key is to listen and seek to understand my clients drives and needs.

If I can understand their world and help establish realistic goals I can help them take that first difficult step and then progressively step by step help them to achieve their vision.

I seek to empower my clients with the knowledge, the ability and the will to take responsibility for transforming their life for the better.

Goals

To provide to as many people as possible an affordable and effective means to both define and ACHIEVE THEIR HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS and in so doing IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.

To this end we have established a spacious, fully equiped studio gym catering to a vast range of individual needs and goals.

Our capacity to provide variety in programming and modes of exercise insures you DON’T get bored but DO get results. Both indoor and outdoor sessions are available.

As a mature age trainer with both industry & life experience I have created an understanding & non-threatening environment with the ability to modify the training regime to suit not only individual goals but also to take into account any individual restrictions or limitations.
